Katy Stoneman

Katy is a passionate landscape artist.  She returned to the South West just over a decade ago to live near her childhood haunts of North Cornwall and West Devon. 

 

She finds she is constantly inspired by her surroundings taking particular inspiration from very close to home (on early morning dog walks) in the Tamar Valley as well as our stunning coastline.  

 

 She wants to celebrate this beautiful and varied landscape by trying to capture the feel of a particular moment.  Colour is extremely important in Katy’s work and it is often slightly exaggerated.
